I'm Timothy Bowman, and have been a Portland criminal
defense attorney for 30 years. I have offices in Portland, Lake
Oswego (near Kruse Way), and Tigard (near Washington Square) and
broadly serve the counties of Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington.
My practice is limited to criminal defense and I represent individuals
who have been formally charged with a criminal offense or those who believe
that they will be charged with an offense. My efforts are focused on meeting
the charges head-on and heading off potential criminal charges.
As a long time Portland criminal defense lawyer, I have
an excellent expert network to draw from. If advisable, I can bring in
experienced private investigators, forensic psychologists, forensic
scientists, and other expert assistance as needed.
Resources and methods that I use include in-depth discussions with my
client, interviews with potential witnesses, gathering and preserving
evidence. To avoid formal criminal charges, I will engage in discussions
with detectives and prosecutors involved and interested in your case.
